VIBRANT BEETS AND PEAR JUICE
Benefits: Beetroots are full of powerful antioxidants and high in Vitamin C. So great eaten raw in salads or juices, as Vit C content is reduced during cooking. The roots, leaves and the stems can be eaten. The leaves are rich in calcium, iron and vitamin A. They are slightly bitter, so best enjoyed in salads rather than juice.
2 medium beetroot with stalks
1 cm piece of fresh ginger
Push through a juicer and collect the juice
