TAHINI AND LEMON DRESSING
Benefits: Tahini is made from sesame seeds, which are a rich form of Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and essential fats. Highly beneficial for the cardiovascular and nervous system. This dressing is high in protein too, so a great way to make a simple salad more sustaining.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp tahini
juice of half a lemon
1 small clove of crushed garlic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1tsp maple syrup/honey
salt and pepper, to taste
3 -4 tbsp warm water, to achieve a pouring consistency.
Method:

Place all ingredients In a jam jar with lid, add ingredients, shake and adjust seasoning if necessary. (Or use a hand blender)

Lasts in the fridge for 3 - 5 days.
