RAW CHOCOLATE AND NUT BALLS
These are so simple No mixer required. They make great gifts too.
Benefits: Raw cacao is the most nutrient-dense form of chocolate, providing an excellent source of magnesium (natures tranquilizer). Iron, and antioxidants. Almonds are a great source of vitamin E, magnesium, fiber, and protein. Seeds are a great source of protein essential fats and lignans, which are fiber-like compounds, they also provide antioxidant protection, and may support hormone balance.

Ingredients:
100g raw cacao powder
70g ground almonds/ cashews
30g flax seeds
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp spoons of nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
tiny pinch of salt
Roll in:
ground almonds/ chia seeds/ cacao powder/ desiccated coconut
Method:

Mix the base ingredients in a bowl, or mixer.

You can play with the quantities slightly so that the mixture comes together as balls easily.

Roll into balls, then roll to coat in your choice of coating.

Place in fridge to harden, then transfer to your choice of box or gift bag.

They last for around one week, and are best stored in the fridge.
