TURMERIC

Turmeric has been used medicinally for over 4,500 years. Its benefits are extensive. It's high in protective antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, aids digestion and purifies the blood. Using black pepper with turmeric enhances it's absorption 10 fold. It can be added to soups, stews, and smoothies, sauces, and teas. I try to use it as often as I can.
