½ cup rolled oats

1 cup frozen blueberries/ blackberries 

1 frozen banana

1 tsp nut butter 

I cup milk of choice

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tsp honey/ maple syrup



Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
