Cooking & Nutrition
LUNCH CLUB LIVE @ PLANT STORIES KITCHEN BRIGHTON - 4 WEEK COURSE
Batch cook delicious plant-based dishes with Nutritionist and Chef Lucie Simon and learn about optimum nutrition along the way.
The one thing Nutritionists, Dieticians and Doctors all seem to agree on is that we all need to eat more plants for overall health and wellbeing. My cooking workshops are about making the most of seasonal fruit and veg in fun and accessible ways.
The "Lunch Club Live" is a 4 Week Cooking and Nutrition Course at Plant Stories Kitchen (Brighthelm Centre) Located close to Brighton Station. Following the success of Lucie's online weekly Lunch Clubs during the lockdown, this course has been designed for those looking for plant-based inspiration, created with some of the most popular recipes from the Lunch Club.
How it works:
You can book single sessions, or join me for the whole course.
Join 1- 4 Live cooking workshops on Monday evenings throughout October in a COVID safe environment.
These 2 hr hands-on sessions are packed with exciting plant-based recipes and know-how. You'll learn how to ensure you are getting all the essential nutrients to feel your best if following a plant-based diet too. Together we'll create a feast that you can take home, to set you up with healthy lunches for the week ahead.
There are just four spaces available for this course, so grab your spot before they're gone :)
HERE'S WHAT'S ON THE MENU:
Last night’s nutrition workshop was amazing. Really great to have hands on experience and contribute to the product....our lovely meal. I think the size of group was perfect for your homely house. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
I'm not massively comfortable with meeting a whole new group of people on my own, however, you put me at ease straight away with your lovely warm welcome. My husband had the leftovers for lunch today and he really loved it, so I will most certainly be cooking the recipes again - especially the dessert which was a revelation!
I really enjoyed how you talked about the nutritional value of each of the ingredients we used, and I would definitely make those dishes again (my dad wants me to make them for his birthday). I really enjoyed the process of cooking, eating and talking together. It gave the evening a nice sense of community.
