GUT LOVING APPLE SAUCE

8 -10 apples - I use Braeburn and cox

2- 3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

Peel and dice the apples, place in a saucepan with a mug of water, cook on medium heat for 30 - 40 mins. Add the maple syrup and cinnamon, using hand blender or mixer, blend

until smooth
