All the dishes are vegetarian. I cater to all intolerance and allergies. I offer wheat, gluten, and dairy-free options. I can choose organic and locally sourced on request.


I can also include meat and fish options on request. (Prices will vary from the quote below if Meat and Fish or Organic produce is requested). I bring my own equipment and will prepare beforehand and onsite.


Welcome snack selection -

  • Fruit bowl, nuts, oatcakes, rice cakes, olives, dried fruits, bean dips, chia jam, nut butter

  • assorted canape's and fruit smoothies


Evening meal -

  • Root vegetable chili, or burritos with roast sweet potato wedges, steamed greens, salsa and guacamole

  • Quinoa stuffed vegetables (aubergine, peppers, tomatoes, and cabbage) with tomato and basil sauce. Steamed garlic vegetables (Green beans, courgettes, and peas)

  • Thai red curry with tofu and stir-fried vegetables

  • Indian Thali, (3 lentil and veg based dishes) with popadoms and chutneys

  • Roasted Vegetable Lasagne with mixed leaf salad

  • Vegetable Moussaka with greek salad

Desserts -

  • Chia layered puddings with mango and passion fruit

  • Raw chocolate and nut bites with marinaded berries

  • Raw berry or mango cheesecake

  • Roasted cinnamon plums with coconut vanilla cream and toasted nuts

Breakfast Buffet -

  • Broccoli asparagus & tomato frittatas, bircher muesli, muesli, cornflakes, fresh fruits, yogurts, a variety of bread and spreads

  • Scrambled eggs with tomato and basil, garlic mushrooms, fried potatoes with sage, porridge with cinnamon and raisins, muesli, cornflakes, fresh fruits, yogurts, a variety of bread and spreads

Juices and Smoothies -

  • Mango cleanser: mango, coconut water, parsley, watercress, cucumber

  • Cherry vitaliser: cherries coconut water, ginger, lime cucumber

  • Love me smoothie: raw cacao, oats, berries, nut milk, dates

Lunch Buffet - 

  • Thai pumpkin smooth soup with coriander pesto, green salad, new potato, and bean salad, red cabbage, carrot and apple slaw, butterbean and rosemary dip, crudités, olives.

  • Chunky Lentil, tomato and spinach soup, roast cauliflower chickpea and soya bean salad, green salad, beetroot hummus, crudités, olives.

  • Spinach and feta parcels, lentil, beetroot, and watercress salad, quinoa salad with roasted squash.

  • Falafel wraps with tahini dressing, Marinaded tomato salad,  grated carrot, orange and pomegranate salad.

Afternoon tea and cakes - (A selection of herbal and black teas and two cakes)

  • Carrot cake

  • Lemon drizzle cake

  • Banana bread with lemon tahini drizzle

  • Blueberry muffins 

  • Chocolate/ nut muffins
