EASY PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE
Benefits: Peanuts and Coconut milk provide us with protein and essential fats. This sauce also contains garlic and ginger, which have many health giving properties, to support immunity, heart and digestive health.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter (unsweetened)
2 garlic cloves
1 thumb size root ginger
1 small chili
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
200ml coconut milk
1/2 lime
Method:

Combine in a blender for 30 seconds,

transfer to a pan and cook on medium heat for 2 mins.

Adjust flavours to your taste.

Allow to cool.
