BOUNTIFUL BRUNCHES

Breakfasts and brunches are a great way to start the day as you mean to go on. Fueling your body for the day ahead. Here are my favorite recipes, that helped my family steer away from the toast and cereal rut that we had got into. We now start most days with sustaining oats, nuts, seeds and mixing up grains in pancakes and waffles. Fresh fruits and vegetables can be incorporated into smoothies and added as a toast topping.
