HOMEMADE ALMOND BUTTER
Have you ever made homemade nut butter? Its such a treat to eat whilst it’s still warm. It’s simple to make too, as long as you have a mixer or blender.
Benefits: Almonds are a great source of vitamin E, Magnesium, fiber, and protein. They may help to balance blood sugar and can help reduce blood pressure.
Ingredients:
150g bag of Almonds, (cashews also work well)
1/4 tsp salt
Method:

Heat oven to 200 Deg C,

spread nuts out on a tray and place on the top shelf for 8 mins.

Transfer the nuts to a food processor with a pinch of salt (ideally mineral-rich sea salt/ Himalayan). Blend for 10 - 15 minutes, until smooth.

Store in a jam jar with lid.
