Let's feel good with food! 

I have always loved food and cooking. My love of food stems from a tradition of home cooking with my Italian family. Treasured memories of homemade pasta making and crushing grapes with our feet, for my grandad’s homemade wine. We always shared family meals together around an ever-extending table. I am now a mother of two children, who have been encouraged to experiment and feel at home in the kitchen, just like I always have.


I have worked with my two sisters on yoga retreats, cooking nutritious vegetarian food, and running cooking workshops for the past 10 years. Creating a nurturing environment around food and bringing people around a table is my biggest joy. My recipes and workshops are also inspired by our world travels. My family and I have recently returned from a gap year, taking in cookery courses, market visits, and occasional pop-up events all over the world.


I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, following training at CNM. Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based approach to healthcare, that recognising the whole person and their unique biological constitution. Following the principals of Functional Medicine, the approach addresses the root cause rather than an isolated set of symptoms. 

I have a special interest in the area of Sleep, working with my father Professor Simon Ash, for over 10 years who is an expert in Snoring and Sleep Apnoea, Inventor of the revolutionary Somnowell Device. Diet and lifestyle choices can hugely influence the quality of our sleep. I have successfully supported many people who have had sleep challenges.


I design personal nutrition plans, which are tailored towards maintaining health and promoting vitality and wellness, by identifying underlying imbalances and nutrient depletions. Working with proven methods for assessment, treatment and prevention of chronic disease.


My approach is positive, inclusive nutrition. Meeting my clients where they are at, and enhancing the intake of nutrient-dense, fresh foods, in easy, fun, achievable ways, using proven methods.
